We are Dr. Vim Patel, an experienced acute care physician with many years of experience in dealing with patients having complex health issues, and Chitra Prasad, a committed wellness coach and yoga practitioner who prefers to live a holistic life. We aim to inspire a health transformation.<\/span><\/p>

In his practice, Vim regularly met patients with chronic concerns, and they often had no access to preventive advice and useful lifestyle tools. Meanwhile, Chitra has been working with people who are willing to change their life and mindset but they are not sure how or with whom to confide in. Seeing people losing hope due to weight struggle or ongoing issues such as high blood pressure or diabetes deeply impacted us.<\/span><\/p>

It is these experiences that influenced our belief that proper healthcare should not just be about treatment only but also about prevention and long-term lifestyle modification. It is that vision that guided us to develop Health Conscious – an online app that was meant to bridge clinical care and personal wellness by providing evidence-based lifestyle change.<\/span><\/p>

Our aim is to provide you with insights into the root causes of health issues while empowering you with practical strategies to achieve positive change.
